A new urban development plan in Cap Haitien

Laurent Lamothe, Haitian Prime Minister, along with several members of his cabinet, received a delegation from the Now Institute at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), at the Primature on Monday September 1, 2014. Led by Michaëlle Jean, special Envoy of UNESCO for Haiti, they held a business meeting around the theme "urban development plan and expansion of Cap Haitien and Milot."
