By organizing the annual conference of directors and critics of high schools in the Republic this Wednesday, August 20th, 2014 at the Hotel Karibe, the government offered about 400 secondary schools principals a forum to address the poor conditions in which Haitian schoolchildren receive instruction and present their list of grievances.
