Heineken Haiti announces $ 100 million investment

On Friday April 4th, Heineken announced its intention to invest 100 million USD in its plant in Haiti, which produces the most popular Haitian beer, Prestige.

llAccording to an article from the Associated Press,, this relatively large investment is very significant given the fact that many international companies are showing a reluctance to invest their money in Haiti because of the business climate hindered by bureaucracy, allegations of corruption, and a fragile infrastructure.
