The counting of votes in the second round of Brazil's presidential election resumed on Sunday, following the definitive closing of polling stations after a two-hour extension due to transport issues faced by voters.<\/p>
Vote counts began to appear on the website of the Superior Electoral Court around 10:00 PM GMT. The extension had been ordered by a Supreme Court judge at the request of leftist President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, who faced off against conservative Flavio Bolsonaro in the election.<\/p>
