According to the report, Alfrédo Junior Antoine, former deputy of Kenscoff (2016-2020), has allegedly armed and supported youth groups in the region since at least 2016, which he purportedly used as a political tool. Nènèl Cassy, former senator of Nippes, also reportedly supported various armed actors to promote his political agenda and serve his interests.<\/p>
