Foreign Affairs and Worship Minister Raina Forbin met with her Canadian counterpart, Anita Anand, on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.<\/p>
The discussions focused on the deployment of the Gang Suppression Force (GSF), the organization of upcoming elections, and the humanitarian situation in Haiti. On this occasion, Canada announced an additional envelope of 25 million dollars intended for humanitarian aid.<\/p>
