Transfer of key suspects to the United States, "a shame for Haitian justice," says Pierre Espérance

Pierre Espérance, executive director of the National Network for the Defense of Human Rights (RNDDH), considers the transfer of 17 Colombians and Joseph Félix Badio, who are presumed to be involved in the assassination of Jovenel Moïse, as "a shame for Haitian justice."
