The Petroleum Market Monitoring Advisory Council (CCSMP) is requesting the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) to provide the control and analysis certificates for gasoline shipments made between August 1 and September 15, 2026. In a letter addressed to Minister James Monazard, the Council also requests new samples from the tanks at the Varreux oil terminal to verify the compliance of the gasoline with the certificates provided by importers. Finally, the CCSMP calls on the MCI to regularly conduct these checks on imported cargoes, as consumers are complaining about the quality of gasoline sold at certain service stations.<\/p>
