The Digicel Foundation inaugurated, on Tuesday, September 15, in Lagossette, in the municipality of Milot, its 199th school in Haiti, an infrastructure built for the benefit of the Institution Chrétienne Enfants de la Promesse (ICEP), which today serves more than 300 students, including children with special needs.
