An American judge ruled on Tuesday that Donald Trump's name cannot be re-displayed at the Kennedy Center, a cultural landmark in the U.S. capital, without violating a previous ruling made by him.<\/p>
"By this decision, the defense is prohibited from installing the mention +Renovated and restored by Donald Trump+ on the main building (...) To put it simply, the defense cannot install a reference to President Trump (...) without the consent of Congress," wrote Judge Christopher Cooper in his decision issued after a preliminary hearing.<\/p>
