Police Operation in Port-au-Prince: Six Bandits Killed, Five Firearms Seized

Six suspected bandits were shot dead during an operation carried out by the National Police of Haiti (PNH) on Sunday evening, September 6, 2026, in the area of the Sylvio Cator stadium in downtown Port-au-Prince. During this intervention, law enforcement seized five high-caliber firearms as well as various equipment. The PNH reminds, in a statement, that its specialized units remain deployed in the field to restore order and security throughout the national territory. <\/p>
