Haiti and France Sign Agreement Between Their Diplomatic Academies

The Jean Price-Mars Diplomatic Academy and the French Diplomatic and Consular Academy signed a memorandum of understanding on September 4, 2026, in Paris, to strengthen their cooperation. The agreement notably provides for exchanges between the two institutions, training for young diplomats and executives, as well as the organization of courses and seminars in Port-au-Prince and Paris. The document was signed by Ambassador Didier Le Bret for France and Ambassador Louino Volcy for Haiti.<\/p>
