Cap-Haïtien International Airport is experiencing a significant increase in its level of activity. Called upon to help maintain the continuity of national air traffic in a difficult context for Port-au-Prince Airport, it now handles about three times more passengers than before and records four times as many movements.
The data provided indicate approximately 22,000 passengers per month, compared with 7,000 previously. The number of movements, for its part, has risen from around 300 to approximately 1,200.
