New U.S. Embassy Press Attaché Pays Courtesy Visit to Le Nouvelliste

The new press attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Haiti, Julien Kreuze, visited Le Nouvelliste on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. The diplomat met with the newspaper’s director, Max Chauvet, and editor-in-chief, Frantz Duval, for more than an hour. Kreuze, who was previously posted in Africa, is expected to spend at least one year in Haiti.
