The National Civil Aviation Office (OFNAC) inaugurated a new office on Monday, August 3, 2026, to receive passenger complaints at Cap-Haïtien International Airport. This initiative aims to strengthen the protection of air transport users and provide them with a more accessible recourse mechanism.
During the ceremony, OFNAC’s departmental coordinator in the North, Henold Joseph, explained that this new structure will allow passengers who experience inconveniences related to air travel to file their complaints more easily
