The Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) has set the start of the 2026–2027 school year for September 7, 2026. The announcement was made by Minister Vijonet Déméro on Friday, July 31, during a discussion meeting with stakeholders in the education system at the Karibe Hotel.
On this occasion, the head of the MENFP called for the mobilization of all stakeholders to preserve the school, which he described as a “sanctuary of the Republic.”
