The General Directorate of Migration (DGM) of the Dominican Republic announced that it deported a total of 34,226 Haitian nationals living in the country without legal status during the month of June. This brings the total number of repatriations to 196,321 during the first half of 2026, according to the July 1 edition of the newspaper Dominican Today.
