The Dominican Republic has just recorded a record in merchandise exports, with 15 billion 930 million U.S. dollars generated by the end of 2025, representing an increase of 14.4% compared with the previous year.
During the first two months of 2026, this trend of commercial growth continued with a cumulative total of 2 billion 290 million U.S. dollars, thanks to shipments of Dominican goods to 166 international markets.
