A certificate award ceremony was held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Morne Casse Specialized Units Training Center, in the commune of Fort-Liberté. On this occasion, more than a dozen officers from different units of the Haitian National Police received their training completion certificates, marking the culmination of several weeks of capacity-building.
The ceremony was presided over by Inspector General Joani Caneus, in the presence of the PNH departmental director of the Northeast, Divisional Commissioner Jacques Anto
