Venezuela’s interim president, Delcy Rodríguez, on Thursday mentioned a “partial reform” of the oil law in a speech before the National Assembly, less than two weeks after the U.S. intervention that led to the capture of President Nicolás Maduro.
Ms. Rodríguez did not provide specific details on the bill in her state-of-the-nation address, but she held up a red folder before lawmakers and declared: “I ask this legislative body to approve this partial reform.”
