The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced last Wednesday the end of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haitian nationals as of February 3, 2026. The announcement follows a series of actions undertaken by the U.S. administration to suspend this temporary protection program for several countries, including Haiti.
