At a ceremony organized Friday morning at the Villa d’Accueil, Kazuhico Nishiuchi, Luis Guilherme Da Silva, and Hélène Roots, respectively ambassadors of Japan, Brazil, and the European Union, each presented their letters of credence to the president of the Transitional Presidential Council (CPT), who was accompanied by council members Emmanuel Vertilaire, Leslie Voltaire, Smith Augustin, Frinel Joseph, and Edgar Fils Leblanc, as well as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Religious Affairs, Jean-Victor Harvel Jean-Baptis
