Donald Trump announced that the U.S. military had once again struck on Monday a boat allegedly used by Venezuelan “narcoterrorists” to transport drugs to the United States, while Caracas accused Washington of preparing a “military-style aggression” against Venezuela.
A first U.S. strike against a boat presented as belonging to traffickers had, according to him, left eleven dead on September 2 in the Caribbean, where the United States has deployed military forces in the name of the fight against drug cartels.
