Faced with the sanitation crisis affecting Cap-Haïtien and its surroundings, the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) launched a call for tenders to improve solid waste management in the region. The Dominican firm Cilpen Global Business won this call, while the Haitian company PROPUBLIC SAM acts as project owner, holding ownership of the project’s infrastructure.
