Under the auspices of FC Champion, several prominent figures celebrated the centenary of Antoine Tassy on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at the Kinam Hotel, under the theme: “Football, a bridge to reconciliation and unity.” This ceremony, which coincides with the fifth edition of the Zoupim Cup, provided an opportunity for speakers to revisit the life of this important figure in Haitian football. A former player on the Haitian national team, head coach during the 1974 World Cup, leader, and educator, Tassy left a positive legacy that makes him a role model for the new generation.
