Fritz Alphonse Jean Returns from Travel Focused on IDB Commitments and Fort-Liberté’s Growth

Back in Haiti after a mission to Washington, Presidential Adviser Fritz Alphonse Jean presented the key points of his trip during a press conference in Cap-Haïtien.
