Chancerelles Hospital Set to Reopen, MSPP Announces Without Specifying a Date

The Isaïe Jeanty Maternity Hospital, also known as Chancerelles Hospital, has been closed since the tragic events of February 29, 2024. Over the months, at least 34 healthcare facilities have shut down or become non-functional due to insecurity. Nearly nine months later, the Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP) announced the imminent reopening of this specialized obstetrics and gynecology center.
