The President of the Transitional Presidential Council (CPT), Edgard Leblanc, arrived in New York on Tuesday, September 24, to attend the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly. Upon landing on the tarmac at JFK Airport, Leblanc was greeted by Foreign Affairs Minister Dominique Dupuy.
