MSPP and Indian Government Pledge to Ensure Blood Product Availability in Haiti

On Thursday, August 1, 2024, at Toussaint Louverture International Airport, the Ministry of Public Health and Population, through the National Blood Transfusion Center, received a shipment of supplies from the Indian government to facilitate blood transfusion activities in Haiti.

During a brief ceremony held at the airport, several partners involved at all levels in ensuring the availability of blood products in Haiti acknowledged the Indian government's aid to the Ministry of Public Health and Population.

Leading the event, Dr. Ernst Noël, director of the National Blood Transfusion Center (CNTS), listed the supplies received and explained their importance for the continuity of services at CNTS.
