Prime Minister Garry Conille and the president-advisor of the Presidential Transition Council (CPT), Louis Gérald Gilles, visited the General Hospital in Port-au-Prince on Tuesday, July 9. The hospital was reclaimed by the Haitian National Police (PNH) from armed individuals on July 7. Conille and Gilles were accompanied by the interim Director General of the PNH, Rameau Normil, during the visit. The General Hospital has been paralyzed for several months due to gang violence.
