The Haitian National Police arrested Gladymir Joseph, known as Dèdè, a suspected criminal allegedly affiliated with the Savien gang in Artibonite, on Thursday, April 4, 2024.

The police quickly circulated Gladymir Joseph's photo after his forceful arrest at the Cap-Haïtien International Airport as he was about to leave the country under the US government's humanitarian program (Biden Program).
