Me Jean Eddy Rousseau from the Saint-Marc Bar Association, originally from the commune of Désarmes, and Me Richard Pauléus from the Gonaïves Bar Association, originally from the commune of Liancourt, were kidnapped and executed on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, according to a press release from the Saint-Marc Bar Association.
"The two colleagues, coming from Désarmes, were returning to Saint-Marc to plead a case when they were spotted in Savari, a locality in Verrettes, and forced to head towards an unknow
