Dominique Dupuy Speaks Up for Haiti at UNESCO

On the 219th session of Unesco's Executive Board, Haiti's Permanent Delegate to this body, Ambassador Dominique Dupuy, described the country's serious security and political crisis. In a moving speech, Madame Dupuy spoke of a "capital that is turning into a open grave". Below is the full text of her speech.

During this general debate, we are invited to build our interventions around the items on the agenda of this 219th session of the Executive Board.
