Prime Minister Ariel Henry is set to participate in an environmental summit in Kenya and will meet with President William Ruto. The signing of the reciprocity agreement will occur once there is a final agreement between the two countries, Le Nouvelliste has learned.
"The PM is heading to Kenya to participate in an environmental summit. A meeting is scheduled with President Ruto. The signing of a security reciprocity agreement will take place as soon as both parties agree on the final document," Haitian Chancellor Jean Vic
