Ouanaminthe Protests: BSAP Agents and Pitit Dessalines Activists Rally Against the Government

Responding to the call from the Northeast Department Coordination of the Pitit Dessalines party, hundreds of activists peacefully demonstrated through the streets of Ouanaminthe on Monday, February 5th, 2024.

Approximately two days before February 7th, 2024, the deadline for a new government to be installed according to the December 21st agreement instructing Prime Minister Ariel Henry and the High Transitional Council (HCT) to organize new elections to elect new leaders, supporters of the Pitit Dessalines party, accompanied by age
