Seedlings Grow at Grand Pré Germplasm Center

Five germplasm and plant propagation centers were inaugurated under President Jovenel Moïse, including the one at Grand Pré, Quartier Morin in the Nord region. More than two years after the center's inauguration, mature seedlings destined for planting are still lying around. It's a mess that the center's managers can't get to grips with.
