Located in Santo 17, the Saint Vincent Center is an institution dedicated to children with reduced mobility. With its school, boarding facilities, and clinic, the Saint Vincent Center comes to the aid of these children whose integration into society is challenging. Founded in 1945 by Sister Joan, a nun from the Episcopal Church of Haiti, this center aims to assist disabled children. Marie Christelle Occenat is the assistant director of the Saint Vincent Center.
