Haiti-Dominican Crisis: Haitian authorities, in agreement with Dominican leaders, have announced the opening of the Haitian border for two days, Saturday, November 4, and Wednesday, November 8, 2023, to allow Haitian traders and entrepreneurs to retrieve their goods still blocked at the binational market in Dajabón.
