Camp-Perrin Residents Support the Construction of the Massacre River Canal

In an effort to collaborate on the construction of the canal on the Massacre River, residents of Camp-Perrin, a commune in southern Haiti, organized a solidarity marathon under the banner of "Kanperen kanpe ak Wanament.

In an effort to collaborate on the construction of the canal on the Massacre River, residents of Camp-Perrin, a commune in southern Haiti, organized a solidarity marathon under the banner of "Kanperen kanpe ak Wanament." After approximately two weeks of mobilization in the town center, communal sections, localities, churches, schools, public markets, and through money transfers, they were able to collect 456,055.00 Haitian gourdes, which will be transferred to the bank account of the aid management committee for the canal construct
