Paul Ménard Jean-Louis Appointed as the New Departmental Police Chief in Artibonite

In the late afternoon of Wednesday, August 23, 2023, Inspector General Moïse Jean conducted the installation ceremony of Commissioner Divisional Paul Ménard Jean-Louis as the new departmental police director in Artibonite. Jean-Louis takes over from Roger Goodson Jeune, who had been in the position for approximately seven months and is now being reassigned to the General Directorate of the National Police. Before assuming this role, Paul Ménard Jean-Louis served as the police director in Grand-Anse.
