Esther Pierre, a teacher for 17 years, appointed "National Teacher of the Year"

Esther Pierre, aged 36, an English teacher for 17 years at the Christian school Chan de Vie in Arcahaie, as well as in other schools in the West Department, has been appointed as the "National Teacher of the Year" (PwoNA) 2023 by P4H Global, a non-governmental organization working for quality education in Haiti.

The awardee, Esther Pierre, expressed profound satisfaction at being honored with this distinction. According to her, the teaching profession is extremely demanding, requiring unwavering patience, relentless determination, and unwavering courage.
