On Tuesday, August 1, 2023, an unknown individual managed to enter all the rooms of two examination centers located at the Brothers of Christian Instruction (FIC) in downtown Cap-Haitien. Posing as a representative of the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) and without attracting the attention of the present officials, this imposter systematically collected mobile phones from all the students and invigilators at the examination site and disappeared unnoticed.
