After almost two hours of flying over clouds, dense vegetation, villages lost in the mountains, the skyscrapers of Panama City come into view. The captain announces the landing and the aircraft lands smoothly on the tarmac of Panama's Tocumen International Airport, after taking off from Toussaint Louverture International Airport in Port-au-Prince on a 50-seat jet operated by Sunrise Airways. We are a group of ten people invited by Explore Caribbean and Sunrise Airways to discover Panama over three days.
