National Press Director Clarifies Confusion on Decree Appointing Transitional Presidential Council Members

The director of the National Press (Newspaper Le Moniteur), Ronald St-Jean, admitted that he did not have authorization to publish the decree appointing the members of the Presidential Council, which caused confusion on social media on Monday, April 15. Speaking on Magik 9 this Wednesday, April 17, he apologized to the resigning government.
