llOn Monday, April 7, 2014, Engineer Laurent Dunel was named as the new General Director of the Office of Vehicular Insurance (OAVCT in French) He is replacing Pierre Stanislas Cantave Neptune who is now Secretary of State for Public Safety who served for seven months in OAVCT.
