Arôme Catering launched at La Reserve

On Sunday, July 24th Arôme Catering made its debut on the lush grounds of La Reserve Hotel. Chefs Alain Lemaire and Tony Desnormes, owners Arôme Catering, hosted a brunch which they viewed as the soft launch of the company.

The brunch was really a Sunday Feast which included five categories comprised of a variety of savory and sweet dishes. Aside from the egg station, there was a grilling station which featured conch, steak and chicken. In addition you could stop at the chicken and waffle station where you could choose from various toppings including a rum cream cheese. The salad station offered smoked salmon along with a creamy dip, deviled eggs, Caesar salad, avocado dip, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage, biscuits, croissants, etc. And the final station, a
