Haitian Music Awards to recognize our musicians

Kerby Léveillé is well known in Florida's Haitian community with about sixteen years in the broadcasting industry. Spokesman of the Orlando Caribbean Festival and currently general manager of Radio Anacaona, he is also involved in the redevelopment of the Haitian Music Awards, which has been on hiatus for over ten years.

According to Léveillé, this festival aims to honor those who work for the smooth running of the Haitian music industry, emphasizing that many of Florida's ethnic communities hold ceremonies to honor their stars and actors. The ceremony is scheduled for January 7, 2017 at the Miramar Cultural Center and will award prizes in 25 categories, including best singer and best magazine. Voting will be open from September 5 to December 5, 2016 at haitianmusic.info. Haitian music fans can vote daily for their favorite but only once. Each category include
