Haitian cuisine highlighted in Hanoi

On May 6th and 7th, as part of the activities to celebrate the 213th anniversary of Haiti’s flag day, a Haitian culinary festival was organized in Hanoi by the Embassy of the Republic of Haiti in Vietnam in cooperation with the Vietnam's military telecommunications group Viettel (Natcom in Haiti), with the participation of Chef Thia.

This gastronomic festival, animated by musical groups, was an opportunity to present Haitian cuisine to diplomatic guests and Vietnamese students.
