Informative conference on the History of Jazz and Haiti’s role

On January 25th, as part of the festivities of the Festival International de Jazz de Port-au-Prince artist and Professors Pauline Jean and Goodwin Louis conducted a workshop on the history of Jazz at Kay Mizik.

On January 25th, as part of the festivities of the Festival International de Jazz de Port-au-Prince artist and Professors Pauline Jean and Goodwin Louis conducted a workshop on the history of Jazz at Kay Mizik. The workshop geared toward a younger audience or anyone hoping to gain a better understanding of the origins of Jazz music was well received.
