Carifesta is in our midst with a slew of artists from 18 countries of the Caribbean. Haiti is prepared to host them. During this major event, the Haitian Conservatory of Dramatic Art (CHAD in French) intends to be a theatrical hub. Under the guidance of John Kelly Damis, known for his original touch in the Haitian drama, seven young actors will present a show called “Port au Prince,” on August 29th in the auditorium of the National Theatre.
